01Do I need new phones?
No — any iPhone from 2018 or Android 8.0+ works. LullaLink is built to give your drawer phones a second life.
02Does it drain the baby phone's battery?
Overnight monitoring uses roughly 20–30% on a modern phone — we recommend keeping it plugged in. The screen dims to zero once monitoring starts.
03Can I monitor from outside the house?
Yes — create a free account and the app will use cloud-relayed WebRTC. All traffic stays end-to-end encrypted.
04Is there a subscription?
LullaLink is free forever with light ads. For an ad-free experience, pay $49 once (normally $79) or $5.99 a month via Google Play — both unlock every Premium feature including cloud relay, HD burst and unlimited cameras.
05What about false cry alerts?
A two-window confirmation plus a user sensitivity slider cut false positives. TVs, white noise machines and siblings are classified separately.
06Is this safe for SIDS prevention?
LullaLink is not a medical device. Use it as a monitor, not as a replacement for safe-sleep guidelines or medical advice.
07Can I use my existing IP camera?
Yes. LullaLink pairs with any camera that speaks ONVIF or exposes an RTSP stream — Wyze, Reolink, Eufy, Tapo, UniFi Protect, Amcrest and most others. Enter the IP or scan the QR on the camera and it appears alongside your phones.
